2FA: We have implemented 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) so that even if you input password in software you need to provide OTP to login. For example, if someone tries to login using your ID and password, they still cannot log in. An OTP will be sent to you, and without that OTP, the person cannot complete the login.
OTP is sent to your registered mobile number and email-id If there is any problem with SMS or you can use the OTP sent to your registered email. This gives you an additional layer of security.
Another important feature is the Access Log / Tracking feature. You can track who did what in the software. For example:

Who logged in and from which IP/browser

At what time they logged in

Who deleted a voucher and when
-
Which voucher was deleted and when
-
Which menus and features were used
So, even if you are away, you can check what activity happened in your software in your absence.
We also provide Menu-wise Access Control. You decide which software menu is accessible to which employee. You can assign it based on Role/Designation or individually(Per User)
For example:

If you want to show only Deposits, they will see only Deposits-related menus.

If you want to give an agent access only to Agent Commission Calculation, they will see only that feature.

If you want to give someone access only to Cash Entry, they will see only the Cash Entry menu.
You have complete control over the access.
You don’t have to depend on us every time to control your users. You get full access control, so you can decide who can see which menu and who can perform.
In short, the software gives you 2FA security + OTP verification + email OTP + complete activity tracking + menu-wise access control.
This makes the software simple to use, but at the same time highly secure and completely under your control
