Sir, we have a client, XYZ, who generates approximately 60–70 vouchers every day. Earlier, they used to prepare all the vouchers manually. However, now the vouchers are generated and printed directly through the software, and the only remaining step is to obtain the customer’s/manager’s signature. This has significantly streamlined the voucher process and helps save a considerable amount of time. Also there used to be manual voucher entry errors i.e manual voucher had different account/amount and entry made in software was of different account/amount.
Approximately how many vouchers do you generate on a daily basis, Sir? Around 100? Oh, that’s quite a high volume. Do you still manage the entire process manually?
Yes. We do not have voucher printing.
